By using Santodada, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Services

Santodada connects customers with independent, verified home-service professionals. Santodada is a booking platform and is not itself the employer of listed professionals.

3. Bookings & Pricing

Displayed prices are starting prices; the final quote may vary based on the scope of work assessed on-site. Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled slot are free of charge.

4. Quality Guarantee

If a completed job does not meet the agreed standard, report it within 7 days for a free re-work, subject to review by our support team.

5. Professional Conduct

All professionals undergo identity and background verification before onboarding. Santodada reserves the right to suspend any professional found violating platform policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Santodada facilitates bookings in good faith and is not liable for indirect damages arising from services rendered by independent professionals, beyond the applicable service guarantee.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
